Refund Policy:
Cancellation by the attendee
All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
- 90 days or more before the conference: Full refund less a €50 administration fee.
- 60–89 days before the conference: 50% refund.
- Less than 60 days before the conference: No refund.
Registration may be transferred to another eligible attendee at no charge with at least 7 days’ notice.
Cancellation by RTI
If Resource Therapy International cancels the conference, registration fees will be refunded in full.
RTI is not responsible for attendees’ travel, accommodation or other personal expenses. We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer law.
