Resource Therapy International invites practitioners, researchers, trainers, educators, mental health professionals and clinical experts to submit presentation proposals. We welcome innovative contributions that advance the clinical practice, research, and theoretical development of Resource Therapy (RT) across diverse healthcare settings.
Submission Categories & Formats
- Clinical & Professional Practice: Applied RT techniques, case studies, and specialized intervention strategies.
- Empirical Research: Quantitative and qualitative findings on RT outcomes and parts-based psychological frameworks.
- Theoretical Perspectives: Advanced conceptual models, neuroscience integration, and mind-body practice.
Our 2027 conference theme, New Directions in Parts Therapy, looks towards what is emerging in the field new clinical applications, research, evolving theory, innovative practice and the growing contribution of parts work approaches to contemporary psychotherapy.
This international conference will bring together practitioners and thought leaders interested in Resource Therapy and the wider field of parts therapy.
A bilingual German–English conference
The RTI 2nd World Conference 2027 will be conducted in German and English.
Professional consecutive interpretation will be provided throughout the conference, with presentations and discussion interpreted:
- from German into English
- from English into German
Presenters are therefore warmly invited to present in either German or English.
When preparing a proposal, presenters should allow for extra time consecutive interpretation within their session. Spoken material will require additional time for interpretation, and the Scientific Committee will take this into account when confirming presentation formats and session allocations.
Our aim is to create a genuinely accessible international conference where German-speaking and English-speaking delegates can participate fully in presentations, discussion and professional exchange.
At the 2027 World Conference, we want to bring established knowledge together with new thinking, clinical innovation and emerging evidence.
Collaborative and international submissions are particularly encouraged.
Clinical presentations
Clinical presentations should protect client confidentiality and comply with relevant professional and ethical requirements.
Where case material is included, identifying details must be appropriately altered or removed.
Important: Session times will take account of consecutive German–English or English–German interpretation.
Please also allow for consecutive interpretation when planning teaching, discussion and exercises.
Panel presentation
Panel presentations bring together several perspectives on an important clinical, professional or emerging issue.
Panel sessions will generally run for approximately 60 minutes and should include at least three panel members.
Panel proposals should identify:
- the central topic or question
- the contribution of each panellist
- the relevance to Resource Therapy or parts therapy
- the proposed moderator
- opportunities for audience discussion
International panels bringing together perspectives from different countries or therapeutic traditions are particularly welcome.

Whether you are presenting research, sharing clinical innovation, demonstrating Resource Therapy in practice, exploring integration with another therapeutic approach or introducing an idea that deserves wider discussion, we invite you to contribute.
This is an opportunity to learn from colleagues across countries and therapeutic traditions, strengthen the international Resource Therapy community and contribute to the continuing development of parts-based psychotherapy.
