With more than 30 years of experience across counselling, education, leadership and workforce development, I bring both professional expertise and genuine compassion to my work. As a Resource Therapy practitioner, I work collaboratively with clients to understand the deeper patterns contributing to their distress and help them move towards greater emotional freedom and wellbeing.

Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties or feeling stuck, I provide a safe, respectful and non-judgemental space where you can be heard, understood and supported. My goal is not simply to help you cope, but to help you experience meaningful and lasting change
