I’m Kate Landete, a Clinical Counsellor, Accredited EMDR Practitioner and Clinical Resource Therapist on the Central Coast of NSW.
I’ve always been interested in the parts of us that don’t always seem to make sense — the part that knows we’re safe but still feels anxious, the part that wants to move forward but keeps holding us back, or the part that is constantly trying to keep everything together.
Resource Therapy gives me a really practical way to work with these different parts with curiosity rather than judgement. I combine it with EMDR and other approaches, helping people understand why they respond the way they do and create change without needing to fight against themselves.
