My approach is therapy that doesn’t feel like therapy — practical, effective, compassionate, and deeply transformative.
I specialise in unconscious trauma release and draw on a broad range of therapeutic frameworks, including Resource Therapy, Spiral Dynamics, existential lifecycles, the neurological impact of language, Timeline Therapy, the Richards Trauma Process, clinical hypnotherapy, neuro-psychotherapy, and more traditional therapeutic approaches.
I offer Foundation Level Training to people who want to begin their journey in Resource Therapy, developing their skills in this powerful, parts-focused approach.
My qualifications span mental health, psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, counselling, life coaching, and neuro-psychotherapy.
I also provide professional supervision and am an accredited supervisor with the ACA.
I work with individuals who are ready for real change and partner with organisations through EAP solutions.
I am fully registered with WorkCover, NDIS, PACFA, ACA, VMHPAA, RTI, and the Traffic Accident Insurance Commission, and I hold current Blue and Yellow Cards.
