David Galloway

David Galloway is the Director General for North America with Resource Therapy International and an Advanced Resource Therapy Trainer. Based in Ontario, Canada, he is committed to expanding access to high-quality Resource Therapy education, certification, and practitioner development throughout North America.

David leads the North American Resource Therapy Institute, where he trains therapists, hypnotists, coaches, and other change professionals to understand the personality as a system of distinct Resource States and to work directly with the parts of the personality connected to presenting symptoms and unresolved experiences.

In clinical practice, David is known for helping clients address persistent emotional and behavioural patterns by working with the underlying state rather than attempting to manage the symptom alone. His approach combines the precision of Resource Therapy with extensive training in clinical hypnosis, strategic change work, and human performance.

Before entering clinical practice and professional education, David worked as a Human Performance Specialist within the nuclear industry. That experience continues to inform his structured, safety-conscious approach to training and lasting change.

David is also a Certified Resource Therapist, Clinical Hypnotist, and Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner. Through his clinical work, teaching, and leadership, he is helping build a strong, connected, and professionally supported Resource Therapy community across North America.
